Photography Studio
Shutterfish, the resort’s Photography Studio enriches the guest experience by offering a wide selection of activities around the wonderful field of photography.
Led by experts in natural light, digital and drone photography, the studio offers weekly classes on digital and mobile photography and digital photo editing, rentals of all equipment related to holiday and high-end photography as well as a complimentary Portrait Session for guests during their stay.
THE PORTRAIT SESSION
During this experience, guests will be taken to at least 5 of the most beautiful and iconic locations around The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, to ensure long-lasting #RCMemories are captured. At our courtesy, guests will be presented with a souvenir frame with their favorite image from the session (the rest of the images are available at a cost).

Join our Tennis Pro Manuel Villada, for bespoke tennis lessons designed for beginners seeking a challenge, intermediate players looking to improve their game or advanced players that want to maintain their competitive level.
Manuel holds 8 different certifications from the ITF (International Tennis Federation) as well as GPTCA International Coach Level B (Global Professional Tennis Coach Association) and ATP International Coach Level B (Association of Tennis Professionals) certifications.
Manuel is also certified in Levels 1 and 2 by ATPCA (Australian Tennis Professional Coaches Association).

A JOURNEY INTO THE WONDERS OF THE MALDIVES
Exclusive to the Ritz-Carlton brand, The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands is proud to host the first Jean-Michel Cousteau´s Ambassadors of the Environment program in the Asia-Pacific region. Guests of all ages can enrich their stay by learning more about the natural wonders both above and below water through this fun, active, inspirational outdoor education program developed over many years by Jean-Michel Cousteau, Dr. Richard Murphy, and the team at Ocean Futures Society.
With programs all over the world, all Jean-Michel Cousteau´s Ambassadors of the Environment activities are wide-ranging and focused on the ocean and coral reefs, nature ecology, sustainable living, and locally, related to the traditional Maldivian culture.
Through the Ocean Futures Society, this partnership brings an array of exciting experiences and research opportunities, led by Cousteau-trained naturalists, to this rare geographical destination, featuring roughly a thousand islands, 99% covered by the sea and distinct tropical flora and fauna.
